The high-scoring game had a nerve-wracking climax

The middle-order partnerships were today's highlight. Rajiv Venkatakrishnan, the former Captain, an all-rounder, and a seasoned Spartan who moved to Pullman a few years back, continued to stay committed to SPCC. Today, he led the batting lineup, scoring 66 off 47 balls, and took 2 crucial wickets as well. Unfortunately, 2022 will be his last season since he is moving out of NW. He contributed immensely to SPCC's growth and successfully ran the club's activities for over a decade. Best wishes & Cheers!

Paramjot Singh took 4 wickets, bowled the final over, braced against the pressure, and walked his team to victory. This young leader is evolving gloriously with every game making this season fun and inspirational. Way to go, Captain!

It seemed at one point that the game was slipping out of their hand but Spartans stood firm and united from 11 am to 8 pm, performing their best and tackling the drama inflected by the opponents in the absence of a neutral umpire. SPCC bowlers, batsman, and fielders did their part to sit comfortably on the top of the points table. Goooooo Spartans!
